Show Up Local provides Google Business Profile management, review and reputation management, and local SEO services, as described on our pricing page or in a signed client agreement.
We do not guarantee search rankings, review counts, or lead volume. We commit to carrying out the agreed work professionally and reporting honestly on results.
Clients retain ownership of their Google Business Profile, website, and business assets at all times. Show Up Local operates under authorised access only.
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period once work has started, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation, we will hand back full control of managed assets within 7 working days.
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
