Show Up Local is an independent, third-party service provider. We are not Google, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of Google beyond the authorised access our clients grant us.
Your Google Business Profile belongs to you or your business. Show Up Local never takes ownership of a client's profile. We request authorised manager-level access to operate it on your behalf, and that access is granted, monitored and revocable by you at any time.
Before we make any changes to your Google Business Profile, or respond to any customer review on your behalf, we obtain your explicit written or digital authorisation as part of our onboarding process.
You can end our engagement at any time. On receiving notice, we will disassociate our access from your Google account and provide a full handover within seven working days, so you retain exclusive control of your profile.
